My Introduction to the Becker Family

So, I talked to Randy, and he doesn't make scales for the 11. He also is pretty busy so not taking on new projects :(

Currently I am off work for 3 weeks due to a liver and spleen infection so I am coming up with ideas for mods to my Becker. First up, straighten up the front of the drop point and serrate it. Then add a thumb jimping and add scales with a lanyard hole.

My artistry isn't the best by any means (My serrations look like utter CRAP) but the idea is there. I was actually thinking more like VEFF style serrations.

What say you Beckerheads? The idea carry merit or should I just scrap the idea?

I have used this pattern on my smaller blades and it works great on rope without too much bite. With scales, I would think you could go more aggressive, like the VEFF style.

I'm planning on getting some scales. It's gonna make the bottle opener obsolete however I always have a bottle/cork screw on me anyway so that won't be too bad.
