I bought it in terrible condition on a second-hand app. I discovered it was a special edition with oak handles to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the annexation of Savoy to France. It’s my go-to knife for cutting fuet (a traditional cured sausage from Catalonia, Northern Spain) when I get home late from work and want something quick and tasty for dinner.

French beeswax for furniture (dry and cracked wood), a polish by my trusted bladesmith, and... ready for many more miles!

Reusing is beautiful.
