my knife disappeared

These days , I tell myself : "Calm down , it's not lost ...just misplaced ! "

Saves me from that stupid sick panic and self punishment process , that is usually all for naught anyway .

Because , sure enough , they almost always show up again eventually . 🤗
 
The last one I lost turned up on top of an incubator a couple months later. I didn’t remember using it and had already bought an identical replacement. They seem to be harder to loose when you have two of the same one. Buy another one and it will turn up. Good luck hope you find it.
 
Nothing worse than losing a knife. I've lost two that I can recall, one SAK that was easily replaced, the other a large CRK 25. Needless to say I was beyond bummed about the CRK, but I just chalked it up to "it happens" lol. Hopefully it will turn up when you are least expecting it.
 
I lost one of my old SNG’s twice. Once at the beginning of winter when the snow started. I found it in my driveway the next spring at snowmelt.

Next time I lost it, I found it while mowing the lawn on my riding mower. They usually always turn up somewhere you don’t expect.
 
Driver side in between seat and console…or under driver seat from slipping down beside door and under seat. Ugh found lost IDs and credit cards there as well
 
Sorry to hear that.

I lost my Shiro Neon over a year ago. Still hoping I will open and random drawer or pocket to find it. That was a sweet knife.
 
I know a few of mine grew legs and some thief has no idea of the value. Those are the ones that hurt the most. Others are not lost, but are "on walkabout" and will show up eventually. Those provide future joy, so i just bide my time.
