hi some mnth ago I puchased this knife from MW.
This desing is close to my ideal knife simple and long enough handel and blade.
It came with a leather shealth but I decided to make my kydex one.
About knife it came with STRAIGH edges on handel making it VERY unconfortable, I grined them to make knife useful.
Mark I don´t understand why you leave the handel with these sharp edges.
I forced patina with Modena vinegar.
The edge was ok but I wanted more so put a 15º+15º...........now it cut to my likes.
I don´t know if I have gone to far putting a 15º+15º edge becouse the edge showes some small bends after use??
About shealth I my interpretation of "TACTIAL SCANDINAVIAN SHEALTH" ;-), this this configuration I carry 1,5 metres of paracord the one used for shealth landyar.Knife´s landyar can be used to improve chopping capacities ;-)
Anyway I happy but knife after my modifications and now I´m trying edge duration.
