These are the knives I bought as part of my last gasp at freedom from New Graham Knives. From here on in I will only be getting knives as presents or else using money I make from making knives to buy more. time to be a good- responsible daddy. I wanted color and a variety of steels, finishes and blade configurations. I feel that I succeeded.

Let me know what you think:D

The red & black knife is a Benchmade 960 with G10 inserts & D2 steel.

I have one & it is one of my favorite dress-up knives.

I don't see: a blue one, a green one, a stag one, an orange one, any natural wood ones....

Looks to me that your collection is quite incomplete.:D

Sorry all they are as follows:
Queen Canoe in D2 with jigged bone handles

Benchmade 960 Osborne in D2 with red Aluminum handles and G10 inserts

Spyderco Salt in H1 with yellow FRN handles

Benchmade limited edition Switchback in CPMS30v (large) and 440(small) with purple anodized handles

Spyderco Centofante 4 with VG-10 and FRN handles

Benchmade Stiegerwalt large 3 blade hunter with 440c (main) and AUS8 (skinner and guthook) with ?FRN? handles

Buck Crosslock with 420 and red anodized handles

Spyderco R with VG-10 and machined aluminum handles

Overall I am pleased with the bunch. The queen was butter knife dull, and the tip of the Buck serrated knife has no edge but other than that the rest of my complaints are minor. So far the biggest surprise is the 3 blade Benchmade - it is more robust and larger than I expected, very smooth action. I think it will be put into a modern Nessmuck kit I am assembling. I already have a 2 bit hatchet and am making the Nessmuck knife now.
The purple Benchmade is so pretty that now my girlfriend wants one too!!

The blue one is my Boye folder in my pocket now, the green one is my CRKT EDC (Or my Native in G10 if you put it under a black light).
The queen is close to stag for now- as for orange and natural wood.......

Anybody want to donate to a good cause (me- a broke daddy!!!!)

Anybody...........

Cuts, what do you think of the Benchmade Steig? I imagine it is sort of a modern "traditional" mulitiblade folder? Do you think you'll use it to clean game?

Nice job on being a good daddy.

I'm the same way. I have about 6 "good knives" and about 10 SAK's.

Not buying anything else for another year at least. Just can't. :)

Nice selection, both of knives and dealer :D
I noticed, no clip on your Crosslock
but the red looks nice.
tnx md

I was the most impressed with the Stiegerwalt of all of them. It is larger than what I expected and has a good heft. I bought it primarily for a Nessmuck set- even though it is not exact to the drawings it is very close. The few problems with it are cosmetic- The locking lever does not sit flush with the spine of the knife when locked (still a solid lock up) and the nail nick for the same blade was not exposed very well as the gut hook blocked it, but that was solved with 10 seconds on a belt grinder. I hope that I can use it on some game this fall- I have not been hunting in a few years and would love to give it a work out!

I hope that what you are doing doesn't negatively impact NGK as badly as I hit the Absolut Vodka people when I quite drinking. Nearly bankrupted 'em.:D
