I just fell in love with this knife. It's a Marbles Fieldcraft with a Buffalo Horn and Crown Stag Handle.

The knife is 8 1/4" overall, with a razor sharp 3 5/8" blade.(52-100 steel) The nice thick spine, gives it a very "beefy" feel, in a compact knife. This should be a nice size blade for field dressing and skinning deer. (and it don't look too shabby either!

What do y'all think of this latest lil' jewel from Marbles?

Nice looking piece, Mark. Glad to see Marbles making a comeback. I believe you'll get more responses if this was posted in Blade Discussion, which I'm going to move it there.

Nice knife!
I love the traditional stuff. I've got my Grandfathers Marble's, almost 100 yrs old and still a great knife (I don't use it much anymore)
Good steel too, dut do not let it rust.

Ralph, as far as I know, all the current Marbles knives are Carbon Steel. But they are making a filet knife in stainless. (due out this month) They have a couple of pocket knives in the works also. I don't know what kind of steel they will have ... yet. They are due out sometime later this year.
