I finally finished the rebuild on my 25 lb Little giant, serial #800, I think it was built about 1911. I still need to bolt the wood pad to the cement and hard wire it in. Next I have to level out the floor and put gravel down, install some lights and bring in my forge, anvil, ect...

Here's a photo i took, i have a vidio i'll put up later.

wow looks great what size of motor is that?

1 HP 1725 RPM.

A freind in Bemidji MN. did all the really hard work. He rebuilt the clutch and the whole shaft/flywheel assembly, poured the babbit and made new arms, all i had to do was make new pins, die bases and dies, clean up dovetails, make a motor mount and weld up and reshape some peices. I've had it in the shop since last fall but I havent been able to really work on it until this last month when the weather got better.

Looks great Les! Do you have a "before" picture? You realize that we also need the "way too much flux way too hot weld setting" picture too right? :D
