My mark- registered by someone else

IMO, you should very clearly and simply state on your Facebook/ instagram/ twitter/ website/ Etsy/ etc. that Faith Forge of Forest Hill, MD makes knives and only knives. Any other products one may find out there in the world that look like they are associated with FF do not come from you.
Not much you can do about the dude in Hungary.

My dad owned a pump business that he decided (as a true lover of generic names) to call Pump Tech . He ran into issues with that so on paper it was Pump Tech of Colville. He could use whatever he wanted on his equipment but on the invoice it had the registered name. Before that him and his brother shared names and just used inc, or enterprises to keep the companies separated. I'm sure you can do something like that, maybe ever some hometown pride in your official name and be good.

My favorite infringement story was a small family tun diesel and fuel oil company in Texas named Ewing oil company. They never thought twice about the name, which had existed for three generations, until the producers and lawyers of DALLAS (the tv show) contacted them when the show became the #1 rated show. From what I remember, they sold the trademarked name rights to the show for $5,000,000.

For those not old enough, the TV show was about an oil tycoon named J.R.Ewing who ran his oil empire named Ewing Oil Company.
