I stripped the blade and knocked off the shoulders of the edge with my Lansky set, then some 800 grit sandpaper to shine the edge up. The second pic really shows how off the grind is on the right side of the blade.

I never minded the "ramp" on the spine of the 7.....but.... .man does it look really nice without it. Great work!:thumbup:

I never really cared for the looks of the 7 before this thread, but with the ramp removed its looking really sharp!!!!! Might pick one up somewhere down the line. Very nice looking knife. Keep up the good work.
