My name is Brandon and I am a slippieholic.

If it makes you feel any better, it's your posting of the Indian River Jack that has got me hooked even worse than I was. I NEED one of those now. Thanks a lot!

I must say that I am encouraged by this post. At least I have company in my ??misery??. I have one of those wharncliffe mini copperheads on the way. You may remember that you said my wife would thank you for it. Well, I don't hold out much hope for that, but here it comes anyway. and it's your fault. That's my story and I'm stickin to it.

Oh, and thanks!

You've got a nice starting collection going on! Welcome to the dark side, it gets even better(worse for your wallet) when you get into the customs.

You're welcome. :D

The Indian river jack is still riding in my pocket and I am loving this knife more and more each day. It's really thin and rides unnoticed. The cutting edge, by my measurement, is 2.25". While the blade may seem a bit small it feels larger when you are using it. I really can't say enough good things about the little Indian river.

Luckily I am still satisfied with the multitude of production makers out there. I am actually fearful of the day that is no longer the case. Especially considering that both Rick Menefee and Dan Burke are in extremely close proximity to Oklahoma City. Between Burkes fine English patterns and menefee's wharnclifes a man doesn't have a chance. Then there is Enrique Pena's solicitations for his georgeous knives. It's going to be rough time ahead; I can already see it.

Just keep looking for the perfect knife and Someday, Just Someday, you may never find it. Good luck!
