One of them might have a your model blade in a similar size and be able to make a kydex sheath without the knife.

Congrats on your knife. It looks like it sailed though shipping. I am glad that has gone smoothly, we have read some horror stories recently.

The SJTAC is on my short list of knives that I am always tempted to want to buy on the exchange. A very usable blade design in a nice size without a lot of extra mass that could be done without. I especially like the full flat or ultra-high saber on most of these. MM's blade is a real beauty.

Just be careful when you order kydex pants for that one.... there have been several different thicknesses of SJTAC, so make sure the one used to make your sheath is the right thickness. Yours is .200 inches thick - make sure you mention that to the kydex maker when you ask if they can make a sheath for it.



My advice is to get a nylon sheath. You can use a hair dryer or other heat source to make the plastic insert a tighter fit, without worrying about the super tight fit of a kydex sheath. Scrap Yard Knives sells a very nice nylon sheath that is a perfect fit for the SJTAC. I use one for my SJTAC.

Congrats Dingy! Love the Sandstorm slabs and the SJTAC. I have a CE version and love it.
As for Kydex sheath mine is Buy Brown give him a shout.;)
