MY new Border Collie/Blue heeler pup,, Damascus

If he really is border collie/blue healer, it will be a challenge to keep the mental upper hand :) As long as you stick to the training he should be a great dog.
Our border collie is going on 12yo and at this point she thinks she runs the family.

We used to try and tell our selves that we were in charge with my old dog, in reality she was queen of the house. She was a such a great dog that no one could tell her no.

Damascus is a very nice dog, I really like him! Greet him from the foreigner, Jeremy! :)

I'm happy for you J, he looks like he is full of spirit, way to hang it out there again Maine!

What a great mix! You're very lucky to have a dog like that- must be good karma? Anyway, be careful- a dog like that will beat you at checkers!

Good looking dog. You've got a combination of two of the best working dogs around, probably only second to a Kelpie for smarts. He'll make a great companion.

Coming from the home of Blue Heelers I can tell you that they're terrific dogs. I've trained a few, they're smart as hell.

Here's some info on them.
