This is the first of my new Camp knives. The etched finish is very tough. A wire wheel on the buffer will remove stains, rust, etc. and not harm the finish.

No need to apologize. I do an interupted edge quench. No clay for a hamon. It's the etch that creates the unique pattern. I never know what its going to look like until I clean it up.
