I got this one about a month ago...FBM that has been stripped and abused...thats fine with me, as thats my intention as well...I have to admit, its the best chopper I have ever owned. It does some real damage to anything I hit with it, and it feels great in the hand. holds its edge well, and is just about perfect for its intended purpose. I give it a 9.5 out of 10...the only negative is the weight, and I don't really care about that as I am not an ultralight kinda guy anyways. I just finished the sheath for it, and think it came out pretty good for my largest sheath to date. I didn't bother with any kind of retention device as it rides very well on its own. Gene


 
Nice. And that sheath looks great too. i wouldn't mind strappin' that to my pack.

My son and I took our FBM chopping/shelter building last week. You're right, the FBM can chop!
 
Great looking knife! :thumbup: The only thing I'm not sure about is the abuse part. I mean, how do you even abuse an FBM? They are tanks. :D
