My new favorite Badger

Now that you've seen my ABA....here's my DABA:

You people......why do I have no luck when it comes to BAIIIs.?!

No luck involved here. Just happened to be 'on the Busse scene' when they were being offered. Have had them for several years now, purchased straight from Busse.

Oh.....I don't know what I like more...the DABA or the Snakeskin....anyway...

You Guys Suck:D

OK Rocks in Head, I'm going to save you a lot of time, but probably no money.

I've had and used:

BAE .... three of these, different configurations, but all the same.

BAIII's .... Both the regular and the DABA. Same deal, different configurations, but still pretty much the same knife.

All of these are GONE!!!! Wish I had kept the DABA, I could have retired off you! LOL

Do like Mulder and I and just concentrate on a SHBA. Best with the smooth or slotted bolts, but tubes will work also, just a tad skinny for my taste.

This is simply the most PERFECT knife Jerry ever made!

NOTHING will feel better in your hand! Not even other straight handles or the 1 off Busse Custom I have.

You simply have to hold one once to know what I mean. A 5/16" smooth bolt in A2 is what did it for me.

Ask Dwayne about his. LOL

i traded my Hell Razor for a BA III in the winter and I traded the BA III over the summer for an ST-56. I think it was a great trade

Rob,

How am I going to get any more SHBA's if you keep telling everyone how great they are. :foot:
I think the supply has about dried up and everyone should be looking for the BA-E's as those are the most recent Badgers and INFI to boot. :D

Well Dave, people are wise to you now, so no more stealth hogging the SHBA's, or Ducci with the SHSH's or Cobalt with the SHBM's. I got nailed snagging fatty SHBA's about 3 or 4 years ago. LOL

We all got what we need in a sense. In fact, I cut down from 6 or 7 SHBA's to just 3. But those 3 get carried. One of these is a twin and is there as a backup in case of loss. I seriously doubt I could break a 5/16" BA, but really really drunk, I may not notice the missing weight.

Well, it COULD happen! Not the drunk part, that happens regulary, but the missing the weight part.

I got mine, you have yours (about the nicest collection of SHBA's I have seen), and none of THOSE are going anywhere, so, tell the world just how perfect they are.

YAKNOWWADIMEAN?

It's all good!

Yes, do as Rob says..... all of you Hogs..... stick with SHBA's!!

AND send the Wolf all your BAIII's and ABA's..... I shall do my best to make use of these unwanted, throw away blades. ;) :D

Rob,

You are right.
I think that anyone collecting Busse knives should have at least one Smooth Bolt A2 SHBA.
Got to be the best EDC blade there is.
Big enough for any job and small enough to not get in the way.
The hard part is finding them. :D

I think it's time for an updated pic soon.
