What do you guys think of "Visayan"? Is it too difficult to remember? It refers to the area in the Phillipines where I was born and also the dialect spoken there.

Ray - Take an idea from Chris Reeve. Sebenza means Work in swahili. What about Work in Cebuano? The online translators that I can find usually give obra, buhat, or pagbuhat, depending on whether you want the noun or the verb. Ask your mother what word she would use for the noun or verb for work.
Thanks guys for all the great suggestions. I always have a hard time naming knives but I finally have a name for this one.. The name of this knife is "Bella", for my wife because she just said so! Now I need to make a bunch of these.
