As it is always be problems for knives that weight balance is on the handle side and I always have problems to carry them Tip Down which is the most decure to medthod to hve knives on the belt and go to the forrest.

This how I try to develop them.

I put 1 Chicago Screw on so that I can adjust how tight the sheath will hold the knife and I adjust it base on where I go, for example I go to the forest and I need more secure for my knife then I tighten it more.

Nice kydex work Dick. I really like the ability to adjust the tension with the Chicago screw. Keep 'em coming.

Nice work man. I see you are a Wilderness fan as am I. How do you finish the edges of the Kydex? I usually hit mine up with 220 grit which seems to work well. I like your belt loop. It took me a while to come up with a basic belt loop that was relatively easy to bang out and also worked well.

See my workshop.

I use mostly Buffing Wheel but I have to be very carefull not to press too hard against the sheath and the edge to be finisshed must go vertical to the wheel. It save a lot of time.

orca - Those are the new 0.27" Busse Game Wardens that were recently available at the BCS...

the tan is micarta, the black is G-10. Both are satin.

Wow, Dick!

Between your mods and these kydex designs (pretty original stuff), you are one creative son-of-a-gun!

Nice work!
