My new house! Just a few pictures for now...

Congrats man. That totally and utterly ROCKS! Kinda jealous...maybe I can take over a section of my suburb and expand my small kingdom... :D

Got the hot tub running this weekend. That is pretty cool having that on the back deck. I never thought I'd have one of those. We had a guy come have a look at it, and make sure it's all good. After he gave it the thumbs up he asked if that was all my property. I told him Yes'ir. He then asked if he could move his tiny house on to the corner of my property. That's some balls to ask that of people you don't even know. We were both pretty shocked that he'd asked. If it were a good friend and someone I knew, really well, I'd honestly think about it. But I don't know this guy. And the entire point of living out here is so I don't have to have that many neighbors and people I don't know walking around. Crazy....

What?! You had a seemingly random service dude ask to move onto your property? And he did so seriously? That is some cajones, for sure... Make sure you keep an eye out for unwanted "guests", I grew up on a 40 acre farm, nearest neighbors being a couple miles away, but we still got weird strangers that would show up now and then.

Can confirm. Lot's of random strangers don't care who's property they're on and then act like you're a jerk for telling them to get out.

Yeah I can't believe that he even thought about asking. It was pretty crazy. I do have neighbors and I told them to keep an eye out. They seem like they're solid people.

what you really need is a downwind neighbor who raises pigs........

Us 6 foot+, 200 pound, gun toting hillbillies usually get our point across pretty well when we tell folks to get out. ;) Hasn't happened in a few years.

I haven't seen a pig farm around yet. Tons of goats and llamas, I doubt they'd do the trick. Haha
