My new Izula II handle

Hell you could pump those out and make some money. Looks really nice. Gives the knife a completely different look.

Those look really nice! I wish I could turn this thread in to enough motivation to use that carbon fiber I've had in the garage for two years!

I like the looks of those wood grips. I am going to order one of the Izula's tomorrow and might have to make my own grips now.

Very nice - I know micarta handles are probably a little tougher/less maintenance, but wood scales just scream classy. Traditional=Awesome

This is what I'm working on

Will start new post when I'm done.;)

awesome job man and the izula II is a sweet knife, just recently got to hold one, love the walnut scales, to me walnut is some of the best looking wood and holds up well...

I'm still wondering about spacers, and/or how you will prevent moisture getting inside the scales.
So, are you guys gluing spacers inside flat scales, or does a portion of the scale sit inside the space in the tang?
I just put some Marine grade GOOP inside my Escabar handles. And, yes one of my spacers had started pulling away from the Micarta. Maybe water will stay out now. Time will tell.
Oh, great job guys, all those scales look great.

Mine is one solid piece (spacer is part of the scale no glue needed).
