My New NIB 112 NS

...That knife was never removed from the box until I took it out to take the pics...I can't believe it found me... My "first v_rg_n" ...and it's a 112NS...Go figure... :p

to: DarrylS BCCI #790
AKA : the big D,
man i am glad you are better and hope it is broken up!
that it could exit later would put the fear in me !:(
'grats on the 112 ns ...
now Jest how did you find one still in the box?

...Thanks Dave...and my "part" that shall remain kinda private thanks you as well...LOL...I was scanning through that "Bay" place and saw one with 3 minutes left...I tossed out what I could afford as my bid and promptly got outbid by $1.00...So that ended it...until I got that "Second Chance" thing emailed to me. Seems the seller had two (2) of 'em and offered me the second one for the bid I had placed. It all worked out great. Even the box looks like it was never touched until I opened it...The tissue is perfect and the paperwork has never been opened up. The sheath is the "ballistic" cordura that is of course unused and unopened as well...It still has the original price sticker that looks like it was put on the box yesterday...Like I said...This one goes with the "non-users"...:)

Hey Dave and Trax...
Cool knife as I have a few Schrade Sharpfingers that are Quack Unlimited. It's a fowl thing I guess.

It's the knife of my dreams du jour (hey, I speak Francias)....Buck, 112, FG, NS, Duck. WHAAAHHH!!!!!!! :( (I'll have some fromage with my vin, s'il vous plaît)

I think the day I spend that much on any knife is the day I will win lotto. Meaning it is very unlikely to happen.

Don't think I've ever paid more than $200.00
So I guess I "dabble" as opposed to "collect"?

I may be a Buck Knut, but I'm not rich (nor am I dave...ha ha, get it??? Richard and Dave!!! Crack myself up!!!)
...heck, I got a 4x4 with a dead battery in the driveway, it's raining here and all I got is the scoot to go mail Darryl his donor 112 facelift patient...hmmm...battery, beer, or Buck? It's time for me to go to the Prayer Tower...or win lotto ;)

but it was worth it to let goose know that ~~~
"yes there is a santa but he left your toy in `france"

...Sounds great Jerry...If ya find a 112 NS with those "finger- groovie" thingies in yer pile o' 112's send 'er off my way...LOL...:p

Darryl, No finger-grooves, but this one is interesting. It says white bone on the box, but certainly does not look like bone to me. Mfg. in 1990. Any ideas?

hkingdom

 ...Very nice Jerry...I'm not a big fan of the smooth boned knives "yet"...I wasn't too enamoured with bone or stag of any kind "until I got one"...LOL....Seems like whatever I finally get in my hands to look at and hold for a while becomes a favorite when it come to Bucks...:D

Looks like the mortal remains of something to me too...

D, there is so much opportunity for a AARP Prospect with the sense of humor of an 8th grader to go to town regarding your post. But, after watching "Larry The Cable Guy" last night, I realize that most of that material has been used.

BTW, the 112NS donor has started it's cross country road trip.

Why limit to the bar Dave? Oh, yeah, I don't carry a flask anymore now that I quit the hard stuff.
But, thinkng back to the day I rode my scoot nekid through a 7-11...well, that reminds me of why I quit the hard stuff. That was back in the day.
Having you on back waving that 901 through the bar on the scoot would be a kick if I make it up that way. I have never been in a Idaho jail.

Mike, bring cuffs...at least two sets.

...Gooser I was willin' to bet my daughter's pet frog that you were gonna jump all over that...I had to think a long time to phrase it so there would be "fodder" for you to work on...As for the "donor"...I have my six pound hammer, files, a few chisels and a bernz-o-matic torch all set up waitin' to do the "facelift"...Not sure how it will respond to the botox injections so the air-hammer is on stand-by as well...  :p

...I'm speechless... Just remembered that I sent in a 500 or something for a new blade and IIRC it seemed to take forever and no one knew where it was...Seems they by-passed Joe and put it somewhere else to await repair...It finally got to him and all was well...
