Recently bought a Potbelly and want to say I think I like it. Gave it some TLC . I even like the way it feels in my hand. I apologize for the pics I can't seem to get them to look good 🤔

Thanks Tanker, KaBar had these on sale recently so I grabbed one to play around with. I can say the Potbelly has some weight to it and bites pretty deep. 1/4" 1095cv doesn't mess around when slammed into a piece of wood .The handle feels better then I expected though I prefer Ethan's. I will try to get some more pics up.What a difference, That blade looks great. It on my short list to get one.
I have not spent a lot of time with it yet. But I can say it's like a compact hatchet. It's a heavy knife. I'am going to learn more about it this summer . So far I like it more then I thought I would.^^^ Haha same
Yeah tho how are you liking it so far?
I got to say I really like the grip with the pointy I wrap my pointy finger around it and chop away. I never thought I would like this blade as much as I do. Everyone's hands are different. I see a lot of the points ground off so it's not for all, but it fits in my hand Great. No it only comes with the brown scale. KaBar had the Potbelly's marked down a while back.I like the design. If I got one Id grind the pointy out of the grip like I did on my Swabbie mod, feels way better in my hand
Does it come with two sets of scales brown and black?
Where is it on discount at? price?
Cheapest I found was $53
What do you think of that Zomstro?
Is the edge straight or any heat treat warping because the edge is flat ground and real thin?
I was wondering what I could do with a Zomstro
Didnt happen without Pictures.....I picked up a clearance Zomstro, stripped it, and ground the handle a bit to suit me. The factory edge is nice and straight and has been taking a beating quite nicely--no deviation at all.
