For the first time in my life I own a Schatt & Morgan pocket knife. Actually, two since I bought them at the same time. This whole situation is a result of the anticipation by myself and others concerning the Heritage series coming out soon. I have pre-ordered two of those knives, but not being able to get them right away, I started searching for available knives and I found the ones I received today and purchased them.
Well the new knives in hand do not at all diminish my anticipation of the Heritage series because these two knives are extremely nice pocket knives. Since they are so nice, I am waiting for the Heritage knives like a kid waiting for Santa Claus. A couple photos to look at:
The top knife is a series XVIII swell center jack. This knife is fabulously nice.
The other knife is a Series XX medium coke bottle jack. While the scale material is not (IMO) as nice as the Series XVIII scales, it is attractive in it's own way and the knife itself is just as sweet. The springs on this one are very strong. It is squarely in the center of the size of knife that I like the most, so to say I'm happy with it would definitely not be an exaggeration.
Ignore the grinning photographer in the reflections. I'm excited about these knives and had to share with the group.
