Here is my score from the surplus store today. I think i endended up with some great stuff, and to think i onley payied $100 for all of it. got rubber for my new contact wheels and a TON of hamon clay and some nice handle epoxy and a flow meter for my forge so i can tell how fast my forge burns gas. and last but not least over 50 pounds of great O1 round stock.

That loctite 330 depend is the cat's.... ummm .... meow. !!! :thumbup:

Don't think of it as epoxy. I've only used it on a couple knives, but I used it to mount the video cam on my patrol truck window. Think of a roughly 1 1/2 pound weight on the end of a 4" rod held in place only by a rear view mirror mount - held on with 330 depend. We work the dirt road and we work it hard and fast. Sweet stuff that 330!

Damn, I'm moving to Provo. I never see stuff like that around here.

I'm kicking my self because thy had some other stuff i should have gotten. let me ask you. thy have 4 more boxes of the 330 depend at 29.99 a box but i was worried that i would not use it by the time it went bad. but what I'm really kicking my self about is not getting the 2X72 belts thy had. thy had probably 14-20 packs of AL OX 320 grit belts for 7.50 a pack and there where 10 belts in each pack. I think i should go back on Monday and get them all as i see that the belts normally go for 4-5 bucks each.

Jeez! What kind of "surplus" store do you have near you, and where can I find one? Nice score, again. Jeez that's a lot of O1.
