• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I kinda made a homepage. It might be heavy to load I am newby in web design. And it is just one page. I am slow on building.

Anyway, there is new knife on a bottom. Camper. and old one.
Any comments on site are welcome. You can critique knifes as well...

Thanks,
Dmitry.

Great work! I especially like the blade shape and ricasso on the to one.

Very nice. I especially like the hilt work. (Are there spots on the bigger blade? Looks like pits or something).
On the sheaths, I can't tell if you're doing it on yours, but I've found this style of sheath greatly benefits from a leather 'spacer' or gusset between the two halves. You sew right through it so it's sandwiched on the seam (if that makes sense), This way, when the knife is really sharp and run hard repeatedly into the sheath you don't end up cutting your stitches.

Quite honestly some of the nicest work I have seen here yet. Amazing!  Thank you for sharing.

There no spots or defects on the Camper blade. Absolutely clean. Bolster is soldered to the blade all the way around with Staybright solder.

I place the spacer every time in every sheath I make. This one has the spacer cut from the same piece of leather. It was 3/8 wide. It has become narrower after I ground outside edge. But inside it is still wide enough.

By the way I do not make sheath from two pieces. It is all one piece.

And thank you again.

I asked because it looks nice and slender, as it should. Nice job.
