So, just a feel good story for opening day (trout) here in PA.
My fiancé's uncle stopped by the house this morning and we gots to talking about fishing. He was already at the stocked lake behind our house, with not much luck, (it's a cold and miserable day, so I'm taking my son out tomorrow for his first time, didn't want his 1st opening day to be a miserable one), and stopped in for breakfast and some hot java before heading out to a different spot.
Anyways, we talked tackle and lines, braided and flouro, saw my slew of rods spooled and ready, including a pair of old Mitchell 302's, and he says, "hey Sam, you collect knives right?"
"Sure do Uncle Jim, why what's up?"
"I got something for you in my truck I think you'll like."
He brings in this China made SAK knockoff, but I must say, I like it, and I love the gesture! I love me some good people's in my life.
Not to mention, for a penny, it's the Perfect knife for a tackle box if you ask me...
