Interesting idea. Stacking bearings to make an idler wheel. I don't think that is the case in this machine, but it has me thinking...

Actually I think that's what they are , I'm going to get an arm fab'd to have a 1 or 2 " wheel above the 10" contact wheel. I just need some type of plans to give to him , I looked at the NWG plans but I can't find the swing arm . Having it attach to the mounting bracket where it connects to the frame makes most sense to me or drill a hole in the frame for the arm and wheel . Suggestions would be great. As it is now there isn't enough tension when I mocked up a 8" wheel even when I slid the mounting bracket forward . I can't really mess with the idler wheel since it's also the tracking wheel. So another wheel is needed for sure.
