It's the Ultimate Basic 3! I think those modified skeleton knives are the coolest. Remember the AS with the stag handle posted a few months back? It wasn't a Busse factory job, but verrrry cool. Could you imagine a Desert Skeleton Key with little tan micarta slabs for extra grip? That would be fun to own. Congrats on the great find Leatherman!
 
I took a side by side pic of the PR under the A2 SHII, the micarta is amazingly similar. I saw an INFI SH Badger in eBay with tube fastners and the micarta on it is even formed the same way. :eek:

handle is about 3 3/8", 2 1/2" blade, and overall about 6 1/2":D THe more I handle it the more I like it!
