Just got this in from Larson Forge and Finish. 5160, full convex, .2" thick. Out cuts my Opinel paring knife in wood . It may be my perfect woods knife. (Their picture, I need to take one of my own)

On a side note, got this pretty Razel on Saturday. I'm digging it too.

How big is the blade on that top one? Looks great.

Is that Stars & Stripes Razel the smaller or the larger one? I got to try them on a pass around and really liked them. The smaller one fit my hand great and I thought it would be awesome just permanently strapped to my pack. Just haven't had any discretionary money as of yet but one day.

3 3/4" tip to choil. 8 1/2" overall. I'm smiling everytime I pick it up.

That's the large one. I got it in a trade, and didn't think I'd like it. I was wrong. It is a very functional design. I'm not a fan of skeleton handles, so I'm going to wrap it in leather or paracord until I get a chance to put scales on it.

Nice knives, Ive almost bought a nessmuk from larson forge and finish. How are they?

This is the only knife I've got from them, but based on it, excellent. Shipping was fast. It was well packaged. And the knife itself is awesome so far. Hair popping sharp and excellent F&F. I haven't done anything but whittle some fuzzsticks with it so far, but it feels very nice in hand. Based on mine, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I saw their other knives on ebay and thought they looked good. Then I saw this one and had to have it. The scales are screwed on with inletted brass nuts on the opposite side, which some people may not like as well as pins. But it makes them removable, and it's done very well. No sheath, but I throw out most included sheaths anyway. I'm gonna put her in kydex in a couple of days, but I may have leather pants made at some point.

There appears to be a "larsonforge" viewing this page.

Yep, I picked up one of those Larson Forge knives too. Feels good, but It has not gotten any dirt time because I don't have a sheath for it yet. I think it is 5160, but I am not positive..
