Thanks. The A-100 is actually a fairly long knife, it is a 3.6" blade, and over 4" handle, it is just very slim. It is larger than a CQC-7 though. I believe the ETAK blade is listed on the website as 3.9", although my measuments seem to make it about 3.8".

I think the crappy cell phone camera also skews the perspective a bit.

I love the A-100. It's the one that got the Emerson ball rolling. Great EDC knife. If need be, it could also be very capable in a defense role, without looking as wicked as it's brethren. A real sleeper.
