My newest toy...

Nice knife & nice pictures jasonp! Thanks for the post & for your service!

Hey sir I gotta 6. I'm at station LRS. I will get a 3 for the vest, but felt the 6 would be fun to clear some stuff plus I will use it for hunting and camping. Last time I tried to grab an indigo snake it chased me. I don't mess with them much any more.
This one fits great on my camelbak but the Izula or 3 would probably fit even better. Tell Sandra (SBPA-FTU) I said howdy. That snake shot was on mines rd..

Great snake pic - i knew my wife was the right one when I snatched a 4 ft black rat snake off of the road - it had a very distinctive pattern, and then I woke my girl up early from her night shift to see it, and the first thing she said was "That's awesome!"

I recently bought the exact same color combo 4. I'm hoping it will inspire me to get out for some hikes soon.

sweetness! i'm starting to warm up to orange knives...started with my 2nd esee-4 then to the spyderco military then to a mora. i love snakes too...i just wish this one was still alive today to see all my orange knives :( he would've been roughly the size of that snake in your pic as well.

I used to work at CAG! I still bleed a little green though!

I have actually been debating between the 3mil and the 4 as my duty knife. I think I'm going with the 4 after seeing your pics!

HONOR FIRST!

Thank you sir...good guess. The ESEE 4 with be my Camel Bak knife. It'll probably do more espina (thorn) removal than anything but knives in the brush are a must for all kinds of things :)

I was just moving this little guy off the road so he didn't get hit.

Love the Knife and the HK. The snake... i could do without haha.

As a proud Texan, I want to thank you for your service and I hope you guys keep doing a great job and that the government will get off its rear and give yall whatever yall need.

I'm surprised at all the green on this site but there are lots of knife nuts amongst the troops so I shoulda figured.
I worked in CAG on detail a couple of times. That drive to "the gate" got old quick. No shortage of tracking though :)

As it is I have the Izula on my vest but will put it on my belt none gunside for weapon retention. This job is great I just wish I had joined sooner.

First time I seen the orange scales I couldnt stand them but now I am thinking a 4 with the orange scales is going to be the next best thing to sliced bread when it comes to hunting. I have drug my animal out only to have to go back and pick up my knife that got left laying on the ground. Pretty hard to leave the bright orange laying there.

Love the blade but I really love the snake. I have been a snake guy for a long time. I too will regularly hop out and get them off the road. Down here in TN we get a lot of kings and coppers. I wish I lived in an area that had large snakes.

Thanks for keeping the riff raff out!
Excuse my ignorance, what kind of snake is that?

il be honest, im fine with spiders, heights, bears, crazy people, and ex's, but snakes give me the heebie-jeebies.

Texas Indigo Snake - Largest in the US; not this one mind you but the species in general. Non-venomous and non-agressive to Border Patrol Agents
