If you want to find a caliper that is non-battery powered, the best place to look( in my opinion) is in an antique store, thrift store, or a flea market. Thrift stores tend not to have them in my experience, but I believe I have spotted one or two there before. Flea markets tend to be the best place.

If you want a new one, just look up analog calipers on the Internet. Seems to me that there are a few results for new ones.

EDIT: Nice looking knife by the way. Using no power tools I think would be very rewarding in the end, seeing your hard work flourish.
