My NOS Sarsquatch

Holy INFI Dimples...Excellent Score...

Thanks, INFI dimples are amazing, I really wish I had more competition finished blades for that reason!

Nice score on a great knife!

Those early CF blades were prone to surface rust if you looked at them sideways; it's impressive to see one in such great shape. Did the owner protect it in some way?

I believe it was stored in its kydex sheath for the last several years. There actually is some scale on it, I can't tell if it's rust or something else (it's hard to see on the pictures). It does appear to rub off if you try hard enough, but I have only used my fingernail so far in attempt.

My favorite that-sized Busse by far.

I keep holding my SHSHII wondering why I do. The Squatch is just something I love so much better. I guess the Squatch is the Toyota Truck and the SHSHII is the classic Chevy muscle car. LOL

GORGEOUS!!! Love INFI dimples!!!

Thank God they didn't offer a BIG finish SFNO this week... I'd be a dead man!!!

My goodness! That's incredible, what are the dimensions on that beast, if you don't mind me asking

I located my calipers. Blade thickness is 0.201. Usually I'm a fan of the big ol' fat blades, but this beauty feels awesome in the hand with the handles it comes with. This squatch will be coming to the east coast camping trip!

Thank you zmbhntr for answering my question, that is awesome! I placed an order for two SFNO and an anniversary mean street bg yesterday and I can't wait to get them, I was never really interested in fixed blades but I made the mistake of peeking into this forum, oh boy, I stepped over the point of no return I'm thinking. These are the coolest fixed blades I have ever seen, no doubt. Thx again.

I know exactly what you mean! Busse fixed blades are epic, congratulations on your SFNO and AMS scores. High quality blades are addicting for sure. I also now have the folder bug as well, and it has bitten hard.

Thank you!!
What a coincidence man, I'm in folder buying mode too, we both have been bitten. The bad thing about it is that I know I have to stop buying knives soon; but the worst thing is thinking I might have to sell some just to pay for rent, ha ha, this is crazy, I wonder how many guys go through this process, at least at the beginning. I think I have OCD.

I forgot to ask, what folders do you like? I got a few Chris Reeve knives, they're very nice; I started this knife collecting about two years ago and have mostly spydercos; I still carry my PM2 everyday.

I don't mean to derail this thread too much, but I have a couple Matt Diskin flippers that I really like. I have an Alan Davis gentlemen's folder with a Damascus blade for formal nights out. Lately I have been into the overbuilt tank type folders (kind of like the Busse's of the folder world), so I have a Medford Praetorian Ti which as awesome as it is ridiculous. I also really like Ramon Chaves, so I have a custom Redención as well as his midtechs the 228 and Chaves Stout 325.

Yeah me too, sorry about that. Wow, I never heard of those, I have to check them out; thank you very much for your reply. Going back to Busse, I also ordered a Swamp Rat; I forgot the name, I thinking is called the rat 6; have you ever used one of those? They're awesome looking, I'm itching to get all of them. :)

My apologies, I just realized that I keep on going off topic here, it was not my intention; it won't happen again.
