I went ahead and took care of the too-square tang and its tendency to dig into my hand whenever I reach for my wallet (front pocket carry) Just a few minutes on the AO grinder/flexshaft with sanding drum/fiber wheel.




 
Nice! I did the same. Since the stop pin hits the tang at a lower spot (stop pin sits lower in the handle) you can remove quite a bit of material and make a better design.:thumbup:
 
absolutely. I have it in pocket now, and it is a thousand times better, no bite at all.
 
Excellent work :thumbup: I love to see folks taking something they love and making it better suit thier needs-desires.

Now someone needs to make a pair of jeans with re-enforced pockets for us knife folks :D
