Tip down as I was not able to move the clip for tip up position without stripping the screws...
But I'm able to spyderdrop it now...
If I would have been able to remove the clip, it would have been my NYC knife...

Check the hardware store for a set of allen and torx wrenches. You'll be able deal with the screws on just about all clips then. Oh, and the Persistence is one of my favorite EDC knives ;):thumbup:
