Hi all.
I would like to share my experience and treatment I recieved with certain makers regarding repairs on my knifes.
Andre Thorburn:
I emailed him regarding some repairs I needed done on my knife. Please not that the repairs needed were a result of my own actions. About and hour after I emailed him , I recieved a reply, I'm sure I can assist you please send the knife to the said mantioned adress. I was so happy with the quick and helpful response.it just shows that he stands behind his knifes 100 percent.i have not recieved my knife back as yet but have no doubt that when it does come back it will be as good as new.
Clyde challanor:
I accidentally nicked the blade on my raptor. I emailed Clyde . His reply was . Please can you send me a picture of the damage. Once I done that his following email stated please send the knife to the said adress. Very please with the way he is assisting me.

I had some issues with an atlas knife of his.
I sent him and email a while back, listing all the issues on the knife and if he could assit me in the repairs of the knife. I waited and waited for a reply . I am still waiting ,absolutely no reply . Just gets me thinking about his after sales services
Anyway guys these are just my personal experiences I thought I would share. Some may have other experiences.
