MY problem with jkollman.

I put several knives for sale and multiple people paid me for a Spyderco USN ladybug. I also had a Limited edition Skyline for sale at the same price as the Spyderco. I shipped the Skyline to jkollman by mistake. He posted in my for sale ad that either send him the Spyderco or refund his paypal.I e mailed him through his Blade forums page and informed him I sent him the skyline by mistake and If he would send it back I would pay any monies he incurred and even offered to send him a bnib Allen Folts minimalist as a peace offering. I refunded his Paypal on 8/11/16 after asking him several times about the Skyline he says he never got the Paypal refund. I talked to paypal on the phone and they said the refunded money was in his acct.His e mail listed on paypal comes back as not a in service e-mail. I tried very hard to not use this method of setteling this deal and not involve the GB and ugly. At this point I have no knife and $53.00 missing from my Paypal acct.
 
Well it's a new account with zero feedback. That's one of the risks you take selling to accounts that aren't established here, and I wouldn't count on him responding. Can PayPal do anything else for you? I'm not sure how a dispute would work in this situation. Good luck.
 
Just got an e-mail from jkollman that refund was issued and he would be sending knife back today. Fingers crossed
