My RAT-7 Christmas gift

I was happy to find a RAT-7 1095 under the tree for me.

Pictured with my Kimber Desert Warrior for compliment/comparison.

I'm hooked. A RAT-5 and RAT-3 are on the way.

I'm really looking forward to getting a RC-4 now as well.

It's amazing how knives become so re-addictive when you get a hold of a good blade.

I've carried a Cold Steel Voyager Tanto for years and have several other good blades, including fixed blades, but this RAT-7 is like crack.

I'm glad to be here on this forum. I'm usually around firearms based forums. I've seen a lot of good info here and look forward to the site.

Finish wear off the blade may have to wait until spring when my schedule lightens up (haha) a little. The Desert Warrior was a vice buy. It goes with my standard Warrior.

Nice combo! I carried a CS Voyager for years, but find myself packing around my RAT3 or RC3 most of the time now, or a Spyderco Manix. I do have a RAT Model 1 Folder on the way, though - I'm sure it'll see a lot of pocket time!

My 1911 is a Colt - I love it. Your Kimber looks great.
