Geez what's with everyone cutting themselves here lately? I may have to put all of my knives in the safe until there is no more threads about all of this self destructive behavior. When you don't even realize you've been cut until you feel the warmth and wetness of you're blood, you know you have a nice edge on your blade.

Made short work of your finger there, I guess that shows the factory sharpness. Bad knife, bad knife, it will need to spend a couple hours in its sheath until it can act like a nice knife.

My rc4 left me a love mark on my index finger. But whenever i can't carry it and start to miss it, i'll just look at the scar too remember all the good times we've had.
Together through Thick and Thin.

Good thing you didn't see the needle the doc used for the local. Never knew you used a whaling lance to inject lidocaine.

Well, I DIDN'T get lucky, I sliced the tendon.

So, Monday, I get to go in for a extensor tendon reconstruction, left little finger (how the hand doc put it).

On the up side, hand doc told me that if I ever do something like this again, control the bleeding, splint it, and call his office, on weekends call the service, and he'll take care of it. He wasn't real happy with the ER doc for not doing that, bandaging me up and sending me over.

So, I'll spend the next 2 months in a splint, with my finger pinned. No swimming, etc. You live and you learn.
