Dave, I'll bet that somehow Karen and Cheryll have found each other and are looking down on us. I'm sure that they are discussing the trials and tribulations of being married to a couple of Buck knife nuts and just enjoying not being sick any more.

Hang in there my friend.

I don't know you. You sound like a very caring person and she was blessed to have you as long as she did. As blessed as you feel to have had her. She will always be in your heart and watching over you. Take the time to heal. There seems to be a lot of good people here that will listen and let you speak. I really respect that you were there with her for it all. You are a real mans man. My prayers to your and yours.

my brothers and friends, yesterday
Karen and i were discussing shopping today
and plain a weekend getaway next week
today, while in my arms and in great pain from the cancer in her spine,
my wife passed from this world into gods heaven...
she is not hurting and is at peace with the world
she is no longer afraid...
i dont know what will happen or what i will do next
as i am numb ..and feeling sick ...

Brother, many prayers for you and your wife.

As others have said -- prayers for you and yours and sorry for your loss of your loved one and hope you recover and look for good things in the future.! My time here on Earth is limited also because I have been diagnosis-ed with the big "C" and I know when I go I will have friends there and here that love me, but only we know what we are going through at this time. Enough said - but again I am very sorry for your loss and only hope things get better for you in the future. May God bless you and your family. Jack

Dave: We have been praying for your wife for some time now, The Lord must have needed here. You and your famley our in our Prayers. May God bless you. Paul and Sallie Bos.

I am a long time lurker on this forum but not much of a poster. I recently lost my dad and want to express my sympathy for you. My prayers are with youj in this time and may God's mercy touch your heart. His plan is not what we would always choose, but there is hope that we will reunite with those we love in time and must hold dearly the times we had and love we shared.

Faith, Hope, and Love....and the greatest is Love

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my wife two years ago. It will be tough but you'll get through it.

Dave...

I just happened across this thread even though it's several days old now. I'm very sorry to hear about Karen. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family.

After 28 years as a United Methodist pastor, I'm more convinced than ever that faith, family, and friends are the only things that can get us through times like these. Hold on to each of these things as you go through the next few days and weeks.

May the peace of God that passes all understanding, be upon you and yours wherever they are, now and forevermore. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Prayer sent Dave, God bless you and your family ... carry the torch friend.
We are all affected in one way or another, praying for the cure and relief.

Dave, just want you to know you have a bunch of friends that you've never even met that love you like a brother. My heart hurts, knowing the pain you are going through. Our lives here on earth are just a temporary state of being, sort of like a train station where we're all together for a short time until we arrive at our final destination. Hang in there Amigo. Sincerely You're Pal Down On The Border Tom

I'm sorry to hear of your loss and can't begin to imagine what you're going through. Please accept the condolences and prayers of this stranger for your peace and well-being.
