My slingshot was stolen!

Soooo.....I went to get in my truck tuesday morning & noticed the the organizer on my visor hanging down plus stuff on the passenger seat & thought what the heck now.
Then as I was about climb in I see legs in the back seat.
Some drunk/stoned kid(19yo) decided to crash in my truck because he couldn't get into his friends house???
That's the story he told the cops anyhoo.
I have plastic taped over the back window, but left the drivers window uncovered so I can see out & he saw the open window & took it as an invitation I guess.
Lucky for him I'm not a violent person & he was very passive & apologetic.(he even offered me 5 bucks for....rent?or not to kick his butt?)
Ant to top it all off I have a cold from driving around with no window so I had to take a couple of days off!
Me thinks it's time to move.........but I hate moving,waaaaa
Oh yeah, the truck goes in the shop next week, finally saw the adjuster today.

Jeez! I can't imagine going out to my car and finding someone sleeping in it. That is certainly grounds for a few stern words.:D

At least he didn't steal anything, and you are getting your truck fixed soon.

At least you saw him before you started driving. It would be kind of unsettling to have some bleary eyed punk suddenly pop up in the rear view mirror!

You must have some serious patience/understanding. That guy would have known the true meaning of the word VIOLENCE if he was in my truck.

Yup a few stern words were said that's for sure.

Unsettling is right,I probably would have gotten violent in that case.

If he'd have broken anything he would have been hurting for sure, but he just needed a place to crash & like I said..very apologetic,so violence wasn't needed.
Patience is a virtue grasshooper.....

That would certainly spice up a "What did your JK knife do today?" thread.

Dang Mykel - that would seriously tick me off to find someone crashed in my vehicle.
