Finally got around to taking some pics of my little fixed blades. I originally didn't think of having any, even though the BSA does not prohibit them, but our Council camps do. But then the Helle Spiederkniven Scout knife caught my eye, I couldn't resist it for the price:

So I did some research on Scandi grinds and discovered Mora and their Scout pattern fixed blade:

Finally, the Nessmuk pattern intrigued me since I went camping at Pine Creek Gorge (PA Grand Canyon) outside of Wellsboro PA, the town where George Washington (Nessmuk) Sears settled later in life. I considered a few but either they were out of my range (Fiddleback) or a little bigger than I wanted (Condor). Then I discovered Blind Horse Knives trio of Nessmuk styles and decided the "Muk in the Middle" was the one for me:

Great knife, great folks to deal with, I have a feeling it won't be my last BHK.

Cheers,
Griff

Very nice, and worth the wait for the pictures.

BHK sure looks to be doing a good job.

The Helle sheath even has a picture of you on it!

Heh.

Nice knives, Griff!

You can´t go wrong with a Mora. They are heavy-duty-knives for their prizes.

That green micarta looks nice on the Nessmuk.

Kind regards
Andi
