What kind of coating is on the forum Bump George?
Looks to have a greenish tint from different positions.
Sweet knife. :thumbup:
 
It seems to be the same stuff as on the Boron Chive. I know it picks up finger prints as bad. The clip is black chrome.
 
Here's what Ken posted about them.

"They feature 3D contoured checkered and mirror polished 6al4v titanium frames with a black diamond anodize.( the toughest coating there is )with mirror polished S-30V blades also black diamond coated as is the mirror polished clip."

I have a new digital camera / camera software & I am trying to learn how to use them, there is not really any green in the knife. I think thats from the lighting I am trying to tweek the lighting as well, the knife is very shiny & very reflective it has a mirror polish on it so it is hard for me to take good photos of it yet I am working on it though.

It is a real nice knife I am pleased with it :)

I have spent alot of time with mine the last couple of days trying to get a feel for it. At first it seems so familiar that I was almost disappointed. But the more time I spend with it the more I realize that the only thing that is really familiar is the general shape. I have come to appreciate the subtle differences and I too am very pleased with mine.

I understand what you mean I have had one of every bump Kershaw's made except the blue & gray titanium variations but I had the green titanium so I know how all those bump knives feel & this one too is very familiar it is very special though the weight the finish the overall quality semi custom quality is there.

I carried it around some but I cant get myself to really use it yet & I have had it for a few weeks now I will eventually use it but the newness of it just has to wear off on me a little more.

Ask and ye shall receive. This is my current supply of Bumps. Thomas, we need more more Bump variants. Hows 'bout a Spec with silver G10 red spacer material and a black blade and liners?

The collection is coming along great!
The Snap-On Bump looks really nice.

Now I'm gonna have to start looking for more bumps again.
