My stinkerdoodle

What the heck is going on here blue? I thought you was a old feller like me. Why a daughter that age you can't be much out of short pants yourself.

Sorry man. I'm only about as old as the second Star Wars movie. Probably closer to your kids age

Very nice photo...

But I'm puzzled. How did it leaked to end up on a foreign website?

They bought them from the stock photo site. The photographer asked us if she could use her for some stock photo shoots. She took the pics and uploaded them to shutterstock, and from there any website or magazine or advertiser who wants to use them can buy them from there.

I'm not sure if the photographer gets any money out of it but we sure as heck don't

Heck dude, don't be sorry man, what I wouldn't do to be my kids age. Awww the possibilities.

I probably have the cardiovascular system, liver, and muscle tone of an old man so I consider myself an honorary old fart.

Thank you! She's doing another stock photo shoot next week. To be honest the idea of selling pictures of my daughter to strangers who could use them for who knows what seemed extremely wrong to me. But all the womenfolk were excited about the idea of her being a "model" so I acquiesced. So far it's worked out okay.

That is a beautiful child you have there....personally i think modeling, beauty contests, catering to older desires to be the center of attention on stage or screen (or worst of all, politics) is not the best way to keep them as beautiful on inside as on the outside....just my feeling, but as long as you brought it up....she should be ok as a child with her photos turning up who knows where, but as she ages and can be recognized by them is maybe not so good......or later if a photo she knows from childhood turns up then (unlikely, but...) you parents might have some tall explaining to do to her....

cute kid. yer a lucky devil. betch'yer glad she's not as ugly as you :D

photo didn't show for me in your 1st link - google bubble wrapped it to protect me.

found it anyways.

Blue, that is one very good photograph. Obviously, your daughter's countenance is the main feature behind it's charm. I'm glad it was chosen for professional use. It says that other folks like her, too. May she be blessed with great good fortune and perhaps one day she'll grace the cover of Elle.

I teach Sunday school and i remember one winter day after dismissal going downstairs and talking to a teacher who had the younger kids of not much older than the above angel at tea photo, and she pointed out one on outside of full length window, communicating with sibling on inside and it was so cute and the teacher wished she had photos........i said i could make that happen and whipped out the cell phone....

A week later the director of education apologized but she formally had to ask what was i doing and i had to give a statement and had to bother other teacher for a statement because a parent had seen me snapping photos and complained....worried somehow this was related to kiddie porn.

Meanwhile folk have photos taken and put them out for whoever to use for whatever....and they can....and do....i would not be too keen on a photo of my angel adorning a pedophile's wall of fame.....nor my older angel's photo adorning teen fans bedroom walls....

As for the photo and the angel.....magic.....as a Sunday school teacher i am blessed to see such on a regular basis, and it is our precious future right there, and we there to protect and guard that preciousness and to give them what they need to preserve that into forever....unless ye be like unto little children....

For the record, i have the same misgivings not only unto women folk all atwitter over getting their beautiful babies into modeling careers but also same misgivings on dads pushing sons into sports and a shot at fame....i think fame bad for the soul...it is the rare person for whom it is not deadly poison....
