Well I get a call at 2:45am from the alarm company that the alarm was going off and the glass break sensor was going at our store. Great way to be woke up. I had to call DC, just to wake him to give him the bad news.
So here I set with the police tech doing finger prints and the glass man puting up glass in the door.
Great weekend, Lori, Mike's ex dying and others personel things making a bad weekend.:(

Very sorry to hear that bad news. Hope you guys don't have any lasting damage & nothing of any significant value was taken. Wishing you all the best for getting things back to normal.

When you figure out what was stolen post it, and maybe we can help catch the thieves trying to dispose of the stolen goods. Even if it was all common knives, if they stole 37 Enduras and 14 Delicas and we notice somebody is offering 37 Enduras and 14 Delicas to dealers at a bargain price that'll be a clue.

Good idea Cougar Allen, doubt the shumucks intend to sell them online, most likely a pawnshop. Be sure and keep check on local pawnshops and flea markets 888, gun dealers and knife shops also. If the items stolen were high in quantity they will try and move them like that, if the quantity was low then more than likely will get traded for drugs or money amongst their friends. Both ways it sucks and I feel for you. E-mail me a list I'll be glad to stick it up in the store should anyone call. If you hade alot taken be sure the Police send out the descritption of the stuff on NCIC nationwide, you would be surprised how far stuff can travel and who will call and report such items trying to be sold, might get lucky. Hopefully the alarm kept them from getting anything or too much, New Graham is lucky it sits in the building beside the Police Department.

Turns out it was probably just dumb kids. They took boxes under our display knives, which were empty. Most of the stuff they got was CRKT & a few Spydies. Left LCC DA's laying on the counter right above the stuff they took. Didn't touch the register, or any of the computer equipment. I'd love to rig some tear gas to the alarm system and gas people who come in. Hell if the government can do it to military people we shouldn't be able to be sued for gasing thieves.

No surveillence camera? Tear gas or flechette darts should be hooked up to the system. That'll teach em

10,000,000 volts hooked-up to your silent alarm system. If your alarm goes off, your cash register becomes a funny-shaped electric-chair.

Have you ever triggered your alarm system accidentally? Don’t set booby traps if you are a booby! I hope your insurance will cover everything. Good luck.
