My subscription did not auto-renew this time.

Is there a problem, or should I just buy a new subscription? I can't see which card I was using and it may have expired. if you can please PM or email me and I will get this taken care of. While I am at it I would like to ask for a name change also to Jim G.. Let me know how to handle tis and I will get the money out for both.
