My Sunday Best

Well I used to only carry one hand opening clipped knives. But since I've rediscovered traditional slipjoints my carry habits have changed.
While they're certainly not as nice as some of the fancy traditionals I've seen here, these are my two.
This Brown Medium Jack gets pocket time when I need to dress up.

And since I'm single, if I have a date or something the blue Peanut goes along for a ride.

I figure it's an innocent enough little knife. On a first date I don't necessarily want to whip out an Endura if something needs cut. :)

No one faint, but I carry a SAK for the two kinds of screw drivers, everyone knows I have pocket knife when repairs are needed, usually some electrical thing or another.....Buck doesn't make a model I like with screwdriver blades.......300

I generally attend church twice each week, and also a home Bible study once each week. My knives do not change from regular daily carry, because I'm at church. I don't think anyone would care what knife I carry. Now they might notice if I carreid a big Bowie strapped to my belt, but otherwise I don't think many people pay my knife any mind whether it be a SAK or a Spyderco. Now if I were actually going to pull one out in a crowd, I'd probably opt to use the SAK (just in case).

old Griffon in MOP...I don't attend church or any religious gatherings but when going somewhere I need to be low key I tend to just stick this little gem in my watch pocket.

It not at all a traditional but our head pastor carries a "throwing cross" next to the sermon in His portfolio folder. Not traditional but certainly amusing.

This is what he carries (borrowed image)

If I'm participating in any way I will just have my peanut and a SAK super tinker on me, if not I have my regular edc, which includes the peanut. In fact, I was just looking at stag peanuts for sunday carry earlier, as my every day peanut is getting kinda dingy for Sunday church.

I'm not a regular church goer, but last weekend I attended my daughters confirmation. Because we were hosting a party straight after, I carried my SAK for the corkscrew & cap lifter.

this one a mini toothpick

An old American made Schrade 180T or a small Boker, both peanut sized, both carbon steel.

Worried about vampires is he?

Well THAT ought to keep all them backsliders in the back pew awake and listening.

Ed, what accounts for the different size of the lower one, age of the knife? I would love to find a slightly larger mini copperheard like that.

Threre's not any significant difference in them. The difference you are perceiving is an optical illusion, or maybe an optical delusion, in this case. I use macro mode on my camera to take these pictures and the fact that the older one on the bottom is closer to the camera is probably why it looks "bigger".
