My Tenacious lost its hole...Sacrilege!

You cannot carry a fixed blade, except if you are going fishing or hunting, and then the cutting edge has to be under 12cm (~5 inches). You might also risk being arrested if you carry a screwdriver, boxcutter or similar item unless you're in the middle of doing your job in a public area.

As per TX DPS (my brother), yes you can and up to 5.5 inches. I usually have my molle'd to my computer bag and carry it daily. I was pulled over a few months ago and the nice officer (second DPS officer) complemented it.
Now if I was to have the loaded .45 molle'd to the outside of the bag along with my RAT instead of holstered inside, then we'd have a legal problem. :p

...I was talking about Denmark, not Texas ;)

Move to Texas brother, nobody looks at you funny for having a pocket knife or a gun.

Except that Texas does not have preemption and thus any local government, such as a city, town, or county can have any restrictive knife law they want...and many do.

And of course nobody looks at your funny for having a gun, open carry of a handgun is illegal so nobody even gets a chance to look at you and see a gun unless you are in your own home or business.

BTW: Texas does not have the most relaxed knife laws. Many states, my own of GA included, do not have a length limit.

But does anybody know what the small markings on the right side of the blade is? You can see them on the link here:

Regards

The logo is Mr. Sal logo. That means he designed the knife. Sorry to hear about your job. Hope you find one soon.

You'd be more than welcome here! Hope you don't mind if we secede first, tho. ;)

Matt in Tx

I think Montana would beat you to the punch. Or Wyoming.

Yeah, yeah, I know, TX is supposedly the only state that really can do it, in theory.
