Here is my version of a great tree stand. I'm sure everyone who hunts, knows about the quality of Lone Wolf products. The only bad thing is with quality comes a high price. Since I am like most, I'm cheap, and when I can make something to save a few dollars, I do it.
So here is my new climber style tree stand. Just for the record, I am a certified welder so I am quite capable of fabricating all sorts of things that are very stong and secure. I only stated this for the folks who would flame me for making my own treestand. I have never purchased a tree stand in my life. I have always made my own. My standard lock on treestand has been tested to 700+ pounds without failure. Now with all that being said here it is.
It weighs in @ 21 lbs this only due to the fact that the main part of the plat form is made from steel. Everything else is aluminum.
Thanks for looking
Nick
