MYB August - where the points still don't matter!

Went to the local police training academy and ran around their track for 1.5 miles, with intermittent chin-up sessions. That makes 1.5 + 4 = 5.5 points so far. Good start to the week, haven't stopped at the track after work in a long while due to lack of motivation.

2.6 miles walked. Day 9.

16.6 +2.6 =19.2 BPs

Walked 1.5 miles last night and 1 tonight - more to keep the streak going than anything else. I'm hoping for a bit more motivation in coming days.

19.2 + 1.5 + 1 = 21.7 BPs. Butt moved for 11 days in a row.

Managed to get a ride in before the rain this am. 33 miles.

11+35=46 BP TTD.

3 miles (did a few detours to get there....) down to the park and back for a show with Matt Anderson.

46+1=47

180° from the stage....I live in a pretty unique place, I think. That's Maine across the river.

Rode around the local hospital after dark for 3 miles. Fortunately no need to stop in for a visit. :)

21.7 + 1 = 22.7 BPs

Nice pic GSOM. It does look like a unique place. (And thanks for buying that Camelbak pack off the exchange the other night. It was looking a little too tempting, but when I refreshed the page, you had removed the temptation. I sure don't need another pack.)

Thanks and you're welcome. I sure don't need another pack either.....

Catching up...

Thursday did a 2.4 mile bike ride.
Friday 1.3 mile walk.
Tonight 3.0 mile walk.

We'll call it .8 + 1.3 + 3 + 22.7 = 27.2 BPs

Can't say that I'm consistent in what I'm doing or how far I'm going, but at least I've gone everyday so far in August.

Got 2 miles in today hiking around some old forts on the peninsula, so brings my total up to 7.5

I've been walking an average of 3 miles a day in my regular routine all week, and did probably 6 on Friday. But not logging anyting. Last night I finally got out for an actual walk - just over a mile.
16 BPs TTD.

This morning I hit the muddy trails for some good ol' mtn biking, covered a bit over 9 miles total, that 4.5 points more +7.5 = 12 mtd.

Monday night walked a 2+ mile tour with my neused camelback HAWG mil-spec. Nice pack.

Tuesday am a 33 mile ride in the am. Glad I got out early, it was sticky and hot later.

2+11+58=71 bp ttd.

33 mile road ride this am. Too much work and too many poorly timed rain days - 10 days in between workouts is way too long.

11+71=82 points for the month.

Snuck in 4 miles of slow paved trail riding with a buddy, counts for 1 point which bring the total of only 13 for the month. Oy, I hope Sept. will be better.

In the last week or so I've walked or hiked probably 20 miles, but I'm not really sure.

Guesstimate, you deserve points for it if you actually did it :)
Well, a 5 mile hike in VT. Another 2.5 to and back from a quarry swimming hole. And then my usually dailies of about 4 (3 days worth), I'll go with 20. Don't want to overestimate. Total of 30... not quite there. Next time!
