Well there were only 54 made so for sure they wanted to keep. Lol

Kinda what I was thinking. They didn't really like them but kept it for the collector value or maybe it grew on em. Either way i get "expecting one thing getting another" disappointment.

got two of them. two fellas here decided they didnt care for it and were nice enough to sell them to me. great knife.

Did you think about getting the brass side custom?

Oh you did manage to score a couple? Awesome, shows how much I pay attention.:D:D

I'm not quite sure what ya mean buddy.
I was saying if you don’t like the brass side than do a custom work on it and change the brass side to silver

Oh I got ya. I think you misunderstood me. I love the knife and how different it is. I was saying other people were not happy cause they thought they were getting and really wanted a full nickel silver knife per the description.

Ya, no mystery about it, quite an extensive thread on it when they got rcvd, and Bucks response on it.

111 is a mystery in itself the history on it just say it was called a cowboy knife and was started in silver later Alamium was used
Not much on this model

You're talking about 2 Different model knives. One is the 111, above with radiused frame. The other is the 111 Classic built with aluminum stamped frame and came with a fancy tooled sheath. These 2 models are not the same knife. Manufactured decades apart, for different customers. DM
